The beta
Valmi is an Android app in a private beta. It’s invite-only and free while the beta lasts. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Valmi.
Features may change, and the beta may pause or end. Fair-use limits apply during the beta, including a daily limit on requests.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for the requests made from your account. You need to be at least 13 to use Valmi.
What Valmi does for you
When you ask, Valmi creates, changes, moves, completes and deletes tasks in your TickTick account, and sends spending entries to the Cashew app on your phone.
- Every change comes back as a card. Check the cards.
- Deleting a task waits for your OK, and so do setting a Cashew account balance and anything you ask for in a message with a photo.
- Valmi uses AI, and AI can get things wrong: it can misunderstand a request or misread a receipt. Review what it changed.
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for data lost or changed in TickTick, Cashew or other third-party apps.

Acceptable use
Don’t:
- abuse or overload the service, or use it to harm anyone;
- reverse engineer the service, or try to get around its security or limits;
- send requests in bulk with bots or scripts;
- use Valmi for anything illegal.
Third-party services
TickTick, Dida365 and Cashew are separate services with their own terms. Valmi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
No warranty
During the beta, Valmi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, that come from using Valmi.
Ending
You can stop using Valmi at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@valmi.app. What deletion removes is set out in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Valmi after that, you accept the new terms.
